If you want more minority coaches go to your local churches and tell Blacks/Hispanics/ and whomever else to start coaching football.

Lemme guess whites are discriminating against hiring minority coaches now.

The only reason there are not more black coaches than white coaches is because to date their white counterparts have been more qualified.

I wish I could go one day without hearing someone say that white people are holding black people back.

First of all If a white announcer acted like an idiot I would call him out as well.

Second the New York thread had nothing to do with racism and I apologized.

Third I am not being a racist. Am I not allowed to make any comment about a black person? I am telling the truth, sorry if you feel it is racism. Sometimes the truth hurts.
